End of Financial Year Giving
For 38 years the children of Kensington have made The Venny their backyard. We know that playing at the Venny has made a difference in the lives of the children of our community and the need is still great.
Through playing at The Venny children develop emotional skills, generate friendships, find their way and build relationships with trusted adults. Here they play in the open, touch the earth and the sky and experience trust, community, the rituals of home, food after school, help with homework. They are seen, respected and supported.
The Venny has a therapeutic model of support that enhances the lives of children and where children are in need, the structures and relationships of The Venny come into action to support that child.
We need your help to be able to ensure that the children who need more, who face reduced access to free play and face other barriers can call on us when they need to.
